I haven't received my order

We sometimes ship items separately to make sure that they get to you as quickly as possible.

Your dispatch email will confirm when your order has been dispatched, if you don't receive a dispatch notification within 4 business days, please contact us. If you have received a dispatch notification and haven't received your order within the estimated time, there is an issue with the courier service, please email us and we will contact them on your behalf.
